Answer:Yes,launch x431 diagun has all functions,the same as launch x431 master. But launch x431 diagun is smaller,cheaper,faster than launch x431 master.
PS: Launch x431 diagun has bluetooth. It is a good choice and hotsale now.

Question:What is better,launch x431 diagun or autoboss v30?

Answer:
I was spoken to Polish legal dealer of Launch. There are no difference between Launch product.
I would like to have both (Launch and Autoboss), because there are some difference especially in French car.

Carman lite is the best, then Launch X431 master, then Autoboss V30, then MST-1 (AD-1 updation). Do not consider C168 ( it can not be updated)

We had autoboss on loan for a month but much preferred launch for coverage. but at the end of the day all scanners have their own strengths and weaknesses.
most all use the same software for all of their products, so if you have launch diagun, master or x431, they still use the same software & retain all the same capabilites.
but overall I prefer launch for its large range, however, bosch is very good and never doesnt do a car that it says it will do.

They have same function,comprehensive diagnsotic tools,no need to connect laptop,test many cars.

Autoboss v30 have good choice on Europen cars.

Some like autoboss v30,others like launch x431 diagun.

Diagun is faster,the software are same
New Master is good. Because it needs not to download software, so speed is quick.
If you do diagnostic on vehicles which have more than 12V - 14V than Master is better option!
Diagun is smaller; it has Bluetooth, test two cars at the same time.
If you can update it I think both them are very good.

When Launch x431 diagun is locked,restore DIAGUN:
1.Soft RESET-reset button.
2.Hard RESET -A hard reset restarts the Diagun and erases all program data and system settings. After a hard reset, your Diagun returns to its default settings and loses all information that is not recorded in ROM.
To perform a hard reset:
Locate the recessed Reset button at the bottom of the Diagun
Press and hold down the Power button.
Without removing the Power button, insert the stylus into the recess to trigger the Reset button. Hold down both the Power button and the Reset button until the screen fades off.
When the screen has faded off completely, release both the Power button and the stylus.
You will notice the Power indicator light up green, at this point, presas the Power button to turn ON the Launch x431 Diagun.
